March 1, 2025 at 3:22 amI worked here for two months and had to quit it because of serious health issues caused by rotational shifts. I informed my team lead. Six months later, I got an email today stating the same. The amount is 34k. It is a bpo company. What should I do now. Iβm not at all in a situation to pay it back. My health took a serious toll working here. -

March 1, 2025 at 4:08 amDon’t worry.34k is too small an amount for them to actually litigate.
Reply to their letter and mention that you couldn’t serve the notice period due to your ill health which was caused due to the rotational shift.
Also, claim medical expenses and compensation from them.
This should shut them up.
You could seek help of Chat gpt or a law student to draft this reply.
