There are ways to find out details of a person other than the CAF (Customer Acquisition Form) for the SIM. As advised by others, simply report the matter to a cyber cell and follow up for quicker action.

can track his location via the IP Address, you don’t have to be a geek to be able to do it. they have websites which can help with the phishing process.
