Blackmailing and Mental Harrasment by Husband. Need your help!!

Husband(age 63, retired) is continuously threatening his wife( age 50, homemaker) since last 15-16 months so that she should get a court affidavit from her brother where it should be written that the wife’ll get her share in her maternal property and should provide her selling right (providing that Land is still in the name of her Father and Uncle. Not registered in any of her siblings name). After consulting with a lawyer it get to know that there is no affidavit or notary is required from wife’s brother or mother to get her share in her ancestral property as this is her right.

But, the husband doesn’t listen to anyone not even the lawyer. He is forcing the lady to get the affidavit done otherwise, he is blackmailing by saying he will donate all of his properties/lands/money to an organization and throw out his wife from his house.

Daily the story continues and wife is helpless, stressed and depressed. Where should lady go now? Does any case can be file upon the husband?

If possible she should gather all the courage and then she should take her ancestral right and leave the guy for some time atleast. She must show him who is now dependent on who currently? This could sort her coming years if she is not willing to leave the guy for good.

He wants property else he will donate his other properties to charity? 🤣 greedy person wont do that . Call his bluff and ask his wife to ignore him or file a case or just leave her home
