March 1, 2025 at 10:34 pmHello everyone, I want to share with you a frustrating experience I had with Blinkit’s customer support team. I’m still trying to process how unhelpful and unprofessional they were. So, I had ordered 5 items from Blinkit: tape, glue, cutter, black and white print, and color print. However, when I received my order, I was shocked to find that the color print was defective. There was no color printed at all!
I immediately contacted Blinkit’s customer support team to report the issue. But what I got in response was a complete disappointment. The customer executive offered me a refund of just โน20 for the defective print. Yes, you heard that right – โน20!
I told them that I didn’t want a refund, but a solution to the problem. I wanted a replacement for the defective print or a way to reorder it without having to pay extra for delivery and other charges. But the customer executive refused to listen.
I proposed alternative solutions, including a refund for the defective print, delivery charges, and other fees, so I could reorder. But the executive kept saying that it’s not possible, citing “rules” as an excuse.
I was shocked and frustrated by the executive’s attitude. I asked him why he couldn’t just try to help me find a solution. But he just kept repeating that he’s following the rules.
The conversation went on for over an hour, with no resolution in sight. I was getting increasingly frustrated, and the executive was getting more and more defensive. Finally, he told me that I was wasting his time!
Can you believe it? I was the one who was wasting his time? I was the one who was trying to get a solution to my problem, and he was the one who was refusing to help!
I told him that it’s his job to provide solutions, not just follow rules. But he just didn’t care. He disconnected the call, leaving me with no resolution and a significant waste of my time.
I’m still trying to process how unhelpful and unprofessional Blinkit’s customer support team was. I’m considering filing a formal complaint, and I want to warn all of you to beware of Blinkit’s poor customer service. Please help me

March 2, 2025 at 4:26 amWhile most company’s support teams are awful in this case you have already gotten a refund for the defective product and have gotten delivery of other products which were “rightfully” charged delivery/handling fee-

March 2, 2025 at 5:25 amI didn’t receive any refund, he was ready to refund me 20 rupees and asked me to reorder it again. If I would have reorder the same print which is 20 rupees. I need to pay
“Product charge + handling charge + delivery charge + handling charge” which is 74 rupees.Instead, i asked for the prints

March 2, 2025 at 5:30 amIdeally they would replace the product but since they can’t they’re offering a refund. It’s upto you if you want to place another order with them again-

March 2, 2025 at 5:34 pmThey made the mistake, now it’s their responsibility to fix it properly. Refunding only the product cost doesn’t solve the problem. What about the extra charges I’d have to pay again to get the same product? That’s not a solution, buddy.Either they need to replace it or come up with no loss solution.
