We bough flat throygh brojer ny brotjer was shown only 2 rooms and hall ,ut seem fine second visut ,the power was not there so we saw in from outside.
Now afrer paying and we took possession the bed and furnuture is filled with termute we want ti sell it now,would I file a case against bank .

You should have checked the property before purchase. There is nothing you can do now as the auctions by bank is on “as is where is” basis.
