Brand Denying Warranty as Product Installed from Flipkart

Hi, So I bought a Hindware Geyser from Flipkart and it comes with installation. Now although the product is under warranty, for service Hindware is denying stating product was installed by Flipkart. Have email confirmation of the same. How to raise this issue as it has been days without resolution. I have already lodged a grievance in NCH.

Include both flipkart and hindware in nch complaint. Get all over their social media handles.
