Brand new solar panel installation collapsed due to heavy wind. What are my options?

We recently installed a 5kW solar panel under the PM Surya ghar Yojna at the cost of about 3.2 lakh rupees. During installation we got a warranty of 5 years on the steel structure built by the agency and 30 years on the panel.

How ever in less than 3 weeks, due to a sudden heavy wind which lasted barely 5 minutes, the entire structure flew off from my terrace to the empty plot of land next to our house.

The connection wasn’t even started yet by the electricity board and this incident has happened.

We have contacted the agency and a re waiting for their response, but what are our options here?

Can you share the warranty brochure or terms and condition of warranty?

Last week, but they made some observations regarding improper earthing and asked to contact vendor to fix it.

i think in my area 5kw system are costing 2.70-2.80 lakh few months ago
