January 29, 2025 at 4:16 amMy brother is currently involved in a divorce court case with his ex-wife (the opposition). However, our neighbour, who lives in the adjacent house and has no connection to the case, has sided with the opposition. Recently, this neighbour recorded videos inside our house without our knowledge, attempting to gather “evidence” against my brother. He circulated the video to the opposition without our consent and has even threatened to share it with “others.”We have the video that he recorded.
What charges can we file against him? Please help!
Any helpline number will also be appreciated.

January 29, 2025 at 7:24 amDoesn’t matter whom they are recording for. It’s illegal file a case against them. In fact use this opportunity to claim that the wife side orchestrated this and on their instructions it was done.
