April 2, 2025 at 6:05 amI live in Delhi my father came to delhi in early 70s so he made up potential real estate assests here and many got ruined by scammers. My father died 15-18 years till now our property dispute is not cleared. We are 4 brothers n 3 sisters, 2 sister don’t want any share from the property so they are out of this procedure and they left their share in the name of brothers. Only 1 sister asked for her, 1 out of 4 brother had problem with her share and that brother had died few years now her wife is doing the same. She also had problem with her share. We all 4 are on one side and that brother’s wife with her two daughters one one side. Now she is alsso demanding more share than the equal distribution. How can we clear this dispute, please help its been a long time.. Not a single family is financially stable but still everything is stuck just because of ego of brothers wife -

April 2, 2025 at 6:14 amNAL – but as per law sister’s do have equal share so the brother’s wife’s objection is not tenable. A good lawyer should be able to clear out the scene and show that going the court case way is just lose more money for everybody involved.-

April 2, 2025 at 6:17 amNALSounds pretty complicated. Best is to consult a lawyer as quickly as possible and divide the property equally. But I’m guessing it’s pretty much going to go to court as no one is willing to listen.
