I have my land for joint construction, it’s been over 2yrs and he is failing to keep up the commitments and also has built a structure beyond agreed terms while I was travelling. Looking for honest and ethical legal counsel to address this situation.

If it’s against the drawn up registered contract between the parties look for exit clauses.
