Only advice I can give is keep him/her a complete secret. Don’t tell anyone. Come out only after ur divorce is done.

It could be morally and legally problematic under some scenarios. NAL.

Well, yes ! But if caught by the other side, it would expedite the result of divorce proceedings πŸ˜„

So long as you don’t announce it and keep it under wraps it should be fine. Otherwise could be used by the other party against you in a contested divorce proceeding.

Don’t engage in it especially when you’re a male. Things in court go really dirty and your opponents discovering your relationship can really go wrong.

Ig you can but won’t look good on you in the court, might make the process difficult ro the other party may twist facts to show you in bad light.

NAL , Legally it cannot cause any harm to you unless she proves you in bigamy , that too isn’t a crime (not ethical though) but can be used against you for filing divorce. Which is already filed here . So no worries . Try to hide it in first place and be confident

Not advisable, as legally you are still married.
It could easily backfire on you, especially if you are a man; for women, it is generally a slap on the wrist.
