April 7, 2025 at 3:31 amTrying to collect evidence for a land dispute case with false claims by the other party about where our land in question is. Can images from a few years ago via Google Earth be used as evidence to prove that the land in question is indeed what we know is ours? Other party is only looking to avoid payment after illegally building upon our land.Any lawyers or anybody with experience, please help with your input. 🥹

April 7, 2025 at 4:35 amIf you want a image to be submitted as evidence you need to prove that it’s genuine. So for that you would need to prove that Google took the images on that day, that Google’s image on any day reflects reality and the image in question was taken on that day.
