March 10, 2025 at 6:58 amHelloCan I file an RTI with CVC and seek investigation details, including official names, of a certain govt department in a particular state during a time period e.g. 2019-2022?
If yes, what are the things I should keep in mind?

March 12, 2025 at 7:01 amYou can file an RTI with the CVC, but investigation details may be exempt under Section 8(1)(h) of the RTI Act if disclosure affects ongoing inquiries. However, you can request status updates or final reports if available. Need help[ drafting ](https://cc.rti.link/arf)an effective RTI? RTIwala can assist.
