After reading one of the comments of a video in which a person drops his iphone into an hundi I got a doubt if I drop my land & loan papers of a disputed land into the hundi, will the temple have to pay the amount back to the bank?

Hey its worth a try.. ram lalla was invoked in the ayodhya case, this may be possible, but only thing is, temple trust may evict you from ur house and sell it to close the loan 😛

Youre confusing assets and liabilities…land is the asset, the mortgage is the loan given against the land

You can donate land to the temple but you will have to sign registers and deeds for that to happen…but you can’t transfer a loan to someone else.

You will need to get permission to transfer the loan and the person must acknowledge and be willing to take up the loan…and the bank must be willing to give God a loan

A lot of banks don’t even lend to trusts. My own bank has no trust lending policy.

Couple of months back a devotee accidentally dropped his iphone into a temple hundi. When he requested the authorities to let him take his phone back he wasn’t allowed to take it, he was allowed to retrieve his sim card from his phone
