February 10, 2025 at 4:00 pmWell Its about the Indias got latent show . Personally I think the laws of misogyny are very unnecessary and curbing the freedom of speech , I believe we need more freedom of speech like the US and want to write about itI am a prolific writer and had published a few blogs in past and have a blog site being developed for me.
I am not going to write anything thats misogynist or all , but just expressing my opinion against it in a civil manner which I believe I have right to.
Can I get into any legal trouble for that?

February 10, 2025 at 4:57 pmYes, you have freedom to criticise the law. But very often, governments across party lines slap sedition charges if you speak against them. They are finally thrown out by the court, but still you face the process that’s a punishment in itself. -

February 10, 2025 at 5:17 pmBy definition of right to free speech, criticism of the law and the functioning of the government is protected under Article 19(1)(a).Then again in this country, you can be in legal trouble for anything.
