January 25, 2025 at 6:51 pmMy question is:1. Can I send this legal notice directly to the company’s nodal officer via email or postal mail?
2. Will sending it to the nodal officer be considered a formal step before escalating the matter to Consumer Forum?
I’d prefer to resolve this directly with the company before taking legal action, but I want to ensure I follow the correct procedure. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

January 27, 2025 at 3:12 pmLawyer here.Go to the MCA website and get the company master data. That will give you the Company’s registered address and the registered email ID. Send a copy physically to the registered address via speed post. Send an electronic copy (preferably scanned or digitally signed) through email. That’s pretty much it.
