Can I sue my lawyer for not providing services even after accepting payment and court fee?

My lawyer is not responding to phone calls or messages and is not updating the status of the case. He picked up the call and spoke in a rude manner like shouting on me that he has other work to do. He has not explained what the issue is but just mentioning this is how court works, AS is on leave and so on.

It’s almost one year now since the order has been passed but we haven’t received the Legal Heir Certificate yet. Need suggestions on how to proceed. Thanks.

You’ll need another Lawyer, beyond his circle ot colleagues for that, also discuss potential counter case filed by the first one.

Lawyer here.

You could consider changing your lawyer. Legal Heir Certificates are not that hard to obtain, unless there is some opposition by a family member.
