Can I take legal action against people who are cyberstalking me?

i’m being cyberstalked by a group of people, and it’s starting to take a serious toll on my mental health. they’re doing this purely to harass me, and it all started over some petty politics. it’s constant, invasive, and exhausting. can i take legal action against them?

Do they know your REAL IDENTITY??

Where is it happening? If it’s on any of the SM, better to just delete the account and create a new one

You can’t unless they made some comments and tried to cyberbully you..even then the case would be less likely to have any effect. How about warning them of a potential cyber case? Your warning should be enough for them to stop

– File a Cyber Complaint immediately on [https://cybercrime.gov.in/](https://cybercrime.gov.in/)

– Register an FIR in the nearest Cyber Crime Police Station in your District.

– Report the Content to the Social Media Intermediary (like Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram) where the Content is being circulated.
