Cwithout creating a bussiness it’s impossible…. but if you become very very famous… you can join your name into one of the naming laws… For example names like Jesus christ, Adolf Hitler etc… are under naming laws and you can’t get a birth certificate or anything with those names….you can find list of names in Google and what laws but there are no such laws in india though but you could be the first one to create because most modern countries have those laws

BEven if she uses a business trademark it still doesn’t stop people from naming their babies that name. It is only meant for businesses to not use that name.

Cofcourse it’s possible… anyone can create a company based on your name too… unless you create it first so hurry up

BNo. Even if you think it’s a unique name. You are not entitled to make it into a trademark. Names can never be trademarked for whatever reason. It can be banned informally like hitler but not a trademark for your own use. Get over your entitlement
