My company has a 90-day notice period. In my offer letter, it states that “In case you leave your employment without giving requisite notice, no relieving letter will be issued.” and “In case you leave your employment without serving notice period, you are liable to pay three months (90 days) salary amount to company as penalty.” So if I were to pay for the notice period, would I get my relieving letter?

This is probably the query you should put forth before your employer. And seek legal advise if even then theyβre not willing to issue a relieving letter.
