Hi all,
Just recieved my food through one of the famous fast food chains. I have been charged RS35/- for packaging fee but the packaging is clearly branded with their logo. AFAIK, they cannot charge for branded package. Please advice.
Note: I have the pictures of the branded package and reciept.
Just give an update. I spoke with Swiggy chat. The charge has been marked as an item for order clearly marked as packaging charges. Swiggy says they have got nothing to do with this.
