PMy sister got married two years ago in a village in Lucknow. She is 25 years old now.
Within a few days of marriage, the sister started getting harassed by her husband and his family.
During this time, the sister’s husband also started beating the sister. Then things were fine for a few days. Then during this time, my sister’s husband had an affair with a 15-year-old girl who was his relative’s daughter. About which no one could get information.
In December 2024, the sister gave birth to a girl. Then one day, in front of the sister, he started talking to the girl with whom he was having an affair at night. When she protested, the sister’s husband started beating her again.And since then he is saying that you go to your home and leave the girl here. After that he also made me talk to that girl on phone in which that girl told my sister that we will take care of the girl, you go to your home, we both love each other. And we will get married too. My sister’s husband also said the same thing to my sister.Now he is beating my sister and asking her to leave. His family members are also supporting him in this. Sister’s father-in-law is playing the role of mediator and mother-in-law is saying that you should go away or else the relative’s daughter will file a police case.
That girl is the daughter of the brother of the sister’s mother-in-law.

HInitiate legal proceedings against the husband by filing cases under the Domestic Violence Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, and Section 498A of the IPC for cruelty. Additionally, lodge a police complaint against the husband under the POCSO Act, as he is allegedly involved in an affair with a 15-year-old girl.
