Case on family members

I have been subjected to physical harm and mental harassment by parents and family members for several years and they sadistic nature. Can I file criminal cases on them!? Local police aren’t helpful even they abuse me physically! Please advise me.

Age? Background? Context?
If you are getting physically abused it’s very disturbing bhai and the best course of action is to get away from them and move to a new city.

Even after filing a case they would turn against you so better avoid them altogether.

I’m 30M, born and raised in Bangalore! My parents have a sadistic nature they like to cause problems and trouble later they cover up it even if family members are causing trouble! Due to this i couldn’t study well and had no proper job. They even fabricate things on me and complain to police and cops are not ready to listen to my version and they start to physical torture me

Same. In my case they suffer from Narcissistic personality disorder. Get a job and mobve out soon.

Can I lodge a criminal case on them for torture and constant brutal assualt!?
