Hey guys, I need your help as Im completely unaware of this, I was in TCS last year where I absconded and have received a Notice Enquiry and prior to that I received Show Cause Notice, can someone tell me what’s happening?

Hello, Lawyer here.
Why did you abscond? also, need to go through your documents such as appointment /offer letter before giving you any suggestions. They can absolutely file a compliant against you if you absconded without any notice.
