    Personal laws can be overridden if the individual is not comfortable with it afaik

  I posted about child marriage the output is shit as ngo’s are not replying emails, not accepting calls, police is prostitute, lawyers fearing from samaj. So , society failed to stop CM trying my own way.

  You should probably mention city in your post. Lawyers usually don’t like to work in courts they don’t normally frequent, so might not engage with this post.

  Also state the age of the girl and her religion because child marriage laws are different for different religions.
