        Hi,
Lost lot of money because of Cleartrip. I had booked a flight from Banglore to Paris on 16th of Feb. It costed me ~59k. The flight was on 15th of March and I cancelled the flight on 26th of Feb.
The refund amount it said on the app was ~55k. As per the app, the refund amount was supposed to be processed by 1st of March but they did not do it.
I waited for 8 days and then escalated the issue on 8th of March. They said they will get back in 24hours but they did not. They now cancelled the ticket and refunded only 30k on 12th of March.

This is clearly ClearTrips fault. If they had cancelled and processed the refund on 1st of March itself, I would have got 55k.
Please help me here. What should I do? The customer support is so bad and they are not helping

Send legal notice and file consumer complaint.

And before doing such bookings from third party in future
… just from experience from bus Booking, (assuming it will be same), there will be some fee if we pay, and cancel within the stipulated time, they’ll give like full refund or something…
            Use that…

            And for this situation:
You cancelled the flight, then did you receive any acknowledgement stating that, your flight is cancelled on 26th Feb and this amount will be processed soon? If yes you can file that consumer court and full refund+ little more compensation due to headache they caused
