So i moved out of CoLive in Bangalore on the 28th of Feb for then grossly overcharging my rent particularly electricity (7000) and a variety of issues including improper hygiene, water leaks, the demeaner of the property managers being quite hostile to me, the Geyser being broken from the time i had joined and several other issues. Regardless im in a much better place now and these motherfuckers sent me a bill today telling me that i owe them 3772 for absolute bullshit reasons and are threatening me with legal action, im willing to take legal action if they want to fight but i want to know if they are being serious with the filling the legal claims and the issues affecting my credit score and visa application processes.

They will not take legal action for 3772 rs. Neither police will entertain them for such petty amount.
if you receive any legal notice, I am quite sure that would also be a fake one. so just chill.
