February 22, 2025 at 4:33 pmHad to move out because they waited till the last moment to fix a toilet issue for 3 months (screenshot of which I have about raising the complaint in their app for 3 consecutive months). They had no cleaning for 1 month because the employees where on strike ( ironically have a test for lung infection taken at that time). Also during December my room had no water flow because of a main pipe issue. But it was the first one which made my room near inhabitants and unhygienic which made me move out then and there. I also have screenshot of my attempts to move to a different colive property which obviously went nowhere again because no one replies.Do you think the legal notice they gave is real and I should take it seriously, I mean they are asking for 50k in legal notice for me to pay too not to say they had no lawyer name or sign given, just colive advisory committee signed at the end.

Donβt worry! They are a shit company and wonβt do anything. They keep sending those useless notices and keep scheduling calls through private courts. Donβt waste your time attending those. You can threaten them by saying you will also put a case in consumer court. After a few months, they will stop. -
