February 3, 2025 at 3:12 pmHi All,From 2021 to 23, I worked in a startup. They laid me off in Aug 23, with pending of 2 months salary + 28 days earn leave payment… So 3 months approx…
After that I got busy with finding a new job and got married as well, so got busy with the marriage issues.
Tired contacting the ceo, initially he promised to clear once funding comes after that he stopped attending my calls as well. I was concerned with approaching legally as I would affect my BGC. Since it’s been 1.5 yrs almost I want to do it legally or some other effective way may be like some forum. Please advise on this!

February 3, 2025 at 3:32 pm1. Send them a polite email asking to clear your dues.
2. Send a couple of follow up emails if you donβt receive any response.
3. Send a legal notice asking for your pending payments. Make sure you send it via registered post or courier where there is a proof of receipt.
4. If they still donβt respond then approach the labor commission.-

February 4, 2025 at 5:21 amLast time I was in such a circumstances, I only contacted the HR but they left me onread multiple times. Then I had a friend working there in HR, he personally asked them to clear my dues and the money that was stuck for almost a year, was credited in 15 days.-
