Company Terminated me after I took a leave in notice, won’t provide relieving letter

Basically I was on notice period in this company I joined 2 months ago (put papers because toxic environment – making me do unpaid overwork) and after I took couple of leaves during the notice period, the hr called to tell me that the company has decided to terminate me and that they will not be providing any relieving letter etc

Is there anything I can do to get that Exp letter as they had provided me a hike on my previous salary and by 200 percent and without this my current CTC will go down significantly and hurt me while job hunting

What actions can I take? Should I take?

They are spsd to provide you a relieving letter and 2 months salary regardless.

Send them a legal notice and mention the HRs name. Should wet his/her pants

CPGRAM, lodge a complaint against the company under the ministry of labour and employment, select the correct drop-down and provide all the details.

It will work.

You joined a company 2 months ago
And you resigned it
Company is not giving u relieving letter
Your ctc was hiked by 200%
Means if u were earning 1rs earlier now u were earning 200rs is it correct?
Am I missing something

No 200% hike means I was earning 1rs and now in this company 3rs other things are true

NAL Bro 2 months experience isnt gonna help u any way
Even though ur previous salary was 3rs but industry standards and company salary range is at 2rs they will not even consider your 2 months experience
More over do you have any proofs even if u dont have relieving letter and experience letter it wont be a problem as long as you can justify ur salary expectations and experience
Do you have offer letter ?

Send a legal notice to the Company. Apart from providing the relieving letter etc., even if your company decides to terminate your employment prior to expiry of the notice period, they are still obligated to compensate you for the entire duration of the notice period.

Forget the relieving letter and experience letter.

Two months of experience won’t help in another company.

Your CTC won’t be affected if you’re truly capable of the job.

Damn some companies are tough.. I missed my 3rd standup this morning and I told em I slept through my alarm, all the director did was laugh and send 👍 and thn asked me what do i expect from a senior data scientist and to write a JD for the same. Good companies do exist guys so keep on searching and jumping
