I Bought a eureka forbes aquaguard on 21st march from amazon, but after installing tds quality of water is not good my parents tried calling them many times but they keep on escalating issue and they make fake appointments and no one shows up. Also after few days they send email about my issue was resolved. This has been going on since we installed the product and they have so many complaints in regards to bad service all over the x and facebook. Is there anyway to legally challenge them? Or is there anyway to get help from them about the product? (We also paid them extra on the first day for TDS controller device) please, any advice will be helpful!

First document all the conversations youβve had with them.
Hire a lawyer send legal notice to them.
If they donβt respond file a case in consumer forum
