Complaint against broadband service

My internet connection has been down for 5-6 hours, sometimes even days for the past month . Every time I ask about the issue, the response I get is “Piche se bandh hai, bhaiya,” which means it’s down from the back-end. It’s frustrating not getting any clear explanation or solution.
How can i file a complaint against them

Not a lawyer or anything but I think consumer court could work for you, u can file a case there
