I did my preparation in Kota Of Jee, and I also completed my schooling there, (Class 12) qualification is from Rajasthan.

However, my permanent residence is in Bihar, and my Central OBC-NCL certificate has been issued based on the Central OBC list for Bihar.

Will I be eligible to claim OBC-NCL reservation for admission to Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur?

I carefully read the josaa Business rules and CSAB Business rules, but I did not find any specific provision addressing this situation.

Are there any official rules or guidelines regarding this?

Then you need to apply for central format OBC certificate and you will be eligible. From where your state caste certificate is issued ?
