Confusion and complicated FIR

I was arrested by police in road with drunkard state. After hours they said “we’ll leave you without fine”

Then some after day I checked there is FIR in my name with some other stranger but my name is wrongly spelled

The fir status is referred further action dropped

What should I do now can I get govt job…..is this FIR Show in verification

What should I do please some one tell me?

Spelling doesn’t matter, there would be other details from which if you need verification in future it will appear, if nothing serious no issues with a job. Depends on the nature of FIR, it may hurt if you are appearing in any interview for sure, .ay not hurt eligibility criteria.

The section they writen is 35(1).

And also the status is referred further action dropped.

Don’t worry you would be fine, for ban in govt jobs it’s usually conviction in serious criminal offences or pending cases in court.
