Hello, I went for a facial at a beauty salon chain. There was a short circuit due to the body massager that they used, which left me with a burnt mark. If I file a consumer complaint, how seriously will this be taken? Please let me know.

Instead going for a lenghty litigation, seek compensation for your burn injuries.

Send a legal notice and they will issue compensation.

Litigation is a long way and not worthwhile in this matter.
