Consumer court/ grevience filing

I bought a snack packed claiming x amount protien on front but at back it’s 0.5x for same serving will it help in any way to file a consumer court complaint will i need to go to court or things will be managed online

I don’t have much info about the process

You can get an advocate, to file and work on the case. Nope, it’s completely offline process

ADVOCATE HERE. Issue reported by you is 100% actionable, and in fact, complainants such as your goodself actually won in the past too. Please do consider following the same.

Regarding your presence: If you engage an advocate, you don’t need to be present in any hearing unless specifically demanded by the Consumer Commission. However, SOME of the commissions do provide online VC facilities.
