I sent some carton boxes of my items from. Bangalore to cochin using a local packers and movers in Bangalore. He promised to deliver in 3-4 days . Now it has been almost a month and he hasn’t delivered my packages. He stopped picking up my calls . I tried messaging on WhatsApp and after a lot of messages he says he will deliver within x days for sure but he never delivers. Requesting advice from anyone who has faced similar issue and how can I take further steps legally
