Credit card debt settlement

Hello All,

I need help with my credit card debts. I took it for some personal work and now I have close to 4 credit with each 3L loan on it.

I was thinking about debt settlement companies but they seem scam.

Can I hire a lawyer for settlement?

I spoke to Bank and they are not willing for settlement and I’ve got a legal notice.

What’s the worst that could happen?

I do not have any asset or savings. Only paycheck to paycheck.

I would suggest taking a personal loan and paying off the credit card dues. Then you can keep slowly paying off the personal loan EMIs from your salary. Have seen a friend do this successfully in the past.
