Need help !! Due to my stupidity i shared my OTP with scammers & they scammed me of Rs 93K on my HDFC Credit card in the month of Jan. i raised a complaint on cybercrime portal and disputed for the same in the bank but it came off as a legit transaction. Now is it possible in anyway that i can waive off this in the month of April or reverse the same transaction from the bank.

Once you have shared OTP, cyber crime or bank will wash off their hands as they have been repeatedly saying not to share OTP with anyone at all.

You should have filed chargeback and reported the transactions as fraud

India , shut up and pay your taxes on time.

You are not supposed to get any support on this , there is an invisible law which says scam is feature in India , you’re supposed to be scammed.

Ye cyber crime, bank , RBI and all authorities are maha MC in this scenario.

Yes did that, disputed everything within 3 hours but still the bank came up that it was legal so cannot reverse it

File a complaint with them and check their responce and if they are also doing same then file complaint in higher courts
