February 26, 2025 at 5:56 amIt has been approximately five days since my return order was picked up by Croma. Despite my repeated efforts to contact their customer team via email and phone calls, I have consistently received the same response: βPlease wait for seven working days.β I have also confirmed with the delivery person who collected the return order. They have confirmed that the order has been delivered to their warehouse. However, due to a technical glitch, the order status is not being updated, resulting in your order being placed on hold. Anything that can be done against them? Iβve also filed a complaint on national government helpline. -

February 27, 2025 at 7:34 amYeah, called the croma, said I want to raise a dispute for my gift card. Told me to wait 24 hours, which I have been waiting for almost a week now. I feel like my 5k is just gone now.-

February 27, 2025 at 7:44 amAnything that can be done? Iβve mailed to the grievance officer, nodal officer, but no communication. Have also filed a complaint on national consumer helpline and voxya.-

February 26, 2025 at 5:59 amMost likely, you’ll have your refund. If they say 7 working days, you must wait till then. After that, you can take action. These systems are mostly automated.-

February 27, 2025 at 7:36 amThing is they are not even updating the status that the order has been picked up. I get messages daily that the delivery guy is out to pickup the return order. It has been a week now since the return order was collected
