Cyber complaint on me

As title says as a part of a college confession page owned by me, I posted some controversial confession sent by someone else about someone’s breakup. Now that guy is aggressive and says he has filed a cyber complaint. What all can happen? How to protect myself from it.. It was on instagram… my instagram account has only my gmail and no contact number attached. He said he will track me down and see me. I know nothing of tech and law please Help

From Gmail account the law enforcement agency will track your IP from your IP they will contact your ISP (Airtel jio etc) and demand IPDR and information used to purchase that sim,

They can also request for information of all the upi details used to recharge your phone number, in ipdr they will get knowledge of your internet usage various social media accounts you use etc.

Clown to clown conversations and people eating that shit up like it’s a-grade drama. Please chill, you will not face ANY action from the “cyber cell” even cyberbullying cases aren’t given enough attention because there’s so much financial fraud happening rn, forget the cops ever caring about college drama.

NAL.. happened to one of my batchmates in Lonavala during engineering in 2012/13..

Confession pages on FB were a rage and everyone commented

Some person commented bad abuses, body shaming on a obese guy in our batch.. got many likes so the guy got angry and went to the police station with printout of the screenshot ..and police literally laughed hard.. said pls go to Shivajinagar PS.

So chillax..

Offcourse . Being a devil’s advocate.. If one of the guy/girl attempts sui**** then it may be a big issue.

I complained to the ciber police 6 months ago and it was something serious but still no response and nothing happened
