Cyber fraud victim -Ola postpaid

Hi everyone. Need your urgent help.
I was subject to a fraud on Ola postpaid 2 years ago. This happened to me when I was not in the best state mentally and was going through some stuff.

The fraud was on similar lines as per below article:

I was scammed by a call from the official OLA Money Postpaid number. Here is what happened

Subsequently, some 10k was deducted from my Ola postpaid account and I highlighted this issue to the cyber cell and Ola team.
Apparently, the scammer purchase gift cards on http://www.woohoo.in and utilised those.

I had discussed this issue with ola and they told me that they will try initiate a chargeback from the merchant and will try to refund me as this fraud had been raised to them by multiple people.

Last conversation I had with them was in Oct’23. I know i should have kept a track of things and I am at fault but fast forward to today, these bastards are impacting my CIBIL score stating that I have defaulted on my payments.

What should I do as these ola guys refuse to help me.? This supposed postpaid loan was taken from idfc bank. Should I check with the banks nodal officer and ask him to help me in cibil masking?

TLDR: I was a victim of a cyber fraud and tha ks to my stupidity of enrolling into Ola postpaid, my CIBIL is being impacted as I am being portrayed as a defaulter.
