January 24, 2025 at 11:56 amI was removing unused payment methods and trying to delete Myntra profiles I created for my family. Little did I know that I was deleting my own account. The OTP was autofilled, and it happened so instantly that I didn’t realize I had deleted my account. I had around 3,000 Myntra credits that I had loaded through gift cards. I contacted customer support, and they were not only rude but also wouldn’t help. Is there a way I can get the 3,000 back, even if it’s just as a gift card? -

January 24, 2025 at 12:11 pmNot possible and not deserved imo. You clicked it/gave it autofill permissions yourself. They were reward points, not cash-

January 24, 2025 at 12:25 pmNot deserved? Myntra has Myntra cash which is their reward points. You load Myntra credit through gift cards which is what I did like 6 months ago and used it for several orders. Their poor UI/UX not only costed the Myntra insider benefits + the account but also the real money I spent.-

January 24, 2025 at 4:31 pmNAL.The option to delete your account is buried deep in the settings and that too after going through a long ash page of terms and conditions where the first point itself states that you’ll lose your myntra credits permanently. Then you have to agree to the TnC to proceed further. I don’t think there’s anything you can do buddy. Just be more cautious next time.
