So i have booked a package while booking ot showed it will be delivered in 5 days i was okay with it but day 1 no contact from pick up agent i called him at the end of the day and he told me to bring it myself to delhivery centre i was like wtf its a 7 kg parcel and i have no motorised vehicle day 2 he told me he will pick up the parcel which he didn’t and abruptly cut the call i raised a complaint to delhivery nothing happened and then day 3 he said he will pick it up by 2pm but didn’t i tried to cancel but the worthless customer support didn’t let me cancel the parcel what should i do

Delhivery also delivers Samsung products. They don’t even call. They return the products without even notifying. 2-3 times I’ve faced the same issue. Once I had to bring TV from the warehouse. Try to complain first to consumer forum.

I’ve faced the same issue with them. You don’t accept the product the 1st time, it’ll most likely be cancelled thereafter.
