January 11, 2025 at 3:34 amHi everyone, I used to work for a company and they turned out to be really toxic for me. I resigned and still served my 30 day notice period and was promised f&f on the 60th day. Everything is on mail btw. Now when I mailed them- they’re saying we will give it later this month and are totally unhinged about it! They’re known to not give f&F in time or give it in parts over the course of time which is really unfair. I have mailed them, messaged them- but no use of it- they aren’t even replying and even if they did- it’s like- we don’t care and we can’t do anything! And I know they’re not into financial crunch at all:). I’m thinking of sending a legal notice to them as they think that’s the only way I’d receive my F&F. The founders are really really toxic and don’t care about anybody as long as they’re generating money.
Please advice me what should I do
