Hi everyone, I used to work for a company and they turned out to be really toxic for me. I resigned and still served my 30 day notice period and was promised f&f on the 60th day. Everything is on mail btw. Now when I mailed them- they’re saying we will give it later this month and are totally unhinged about it! They’re known to not give f&F in time or give it in parts over the course of time which is really unfair. I have mailed them, messaged them- but no use of it- they aren’t even replying and even if they did- it’s like- we don’t care and we can’t do anything!

And I know they’re not into financial crunch at all:). I’m thinking of sending a legal notice to them as they think that’s the only way I’d receive my F&F. The founders are really really toxic and don’t care about anybody as long as they’re generating money.

Please advice me what should I do

Talk to a lawyer and followup on its advice instead of posting it on social media.

Always remember “Too may cooks spoil the broth” if you are in talks with a lawyer then either keep consulting and follow the lawyer advice or else leave the Final Payment and look out for better opportunities as there will also be monetary demands that could also arise in sending a legal notice and there is no point in posting the issue in social media
