Discrepancy in Full & Final Settlement and Pending Experience Letter

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding discrepancies in my full and final settlement. As per my calculations, I was entitled to receive approximately ₹173k but I have only received ₹117k. The major issues include the non-payment of my bonus and an incorrect deduction for Leave Without Pay (LOP). I was on LOP for only five days, but a full month’s salary has been deducted. Additionally, despite being informed that I have 15 days to raise any discrepancies, the incorrect amount was credited before I could verify the details. I have repeatedly reached out to the payroll team and HR for clarification, but I have not received any response. Furthermore, my experience letter has not been issued yet, which is crucial for my future opportunities. What should I do?
