What is divorce process for Hindu in Indian law?How much minimum time to complete process for s marriage of30years?What are parameters for deciding alimony and granting divorce?

You will need to file a Divorce petition before the Principal Judge.

– Maintenance is dependent upon your sources of Income which can be sources through evidences like Bank account statement and ITR of previous so many years etc.

– Also about how old your Issues(children) with wife are.

– Alimony is something which is mostly dependent upon judicial discretions.
