Do i have any law supporting me here

I got 3 tests book in one bundle from one of online health company.

They dispatched one test by courier and other teat was supposed to be conducted by their nearby laboratory partner.

After 4 days they told me that my area is not servicable for the one test, now that one test is really important to me. So i asked to cancel all and do full refunds, which they refused. They did not even ask me or took concent from me for processing half order.

Do i have any laws in my favour here?

Did you write to their grievance team?
You can file a complaint against them in consumer forum

I did send them mail and filed in consumer forum as well, but it does not look like they care about it. They are just saying refunds are not in their policy

Sir/mam, can’t you go to a nearby city for testing? Since you have alrwady paid and refunds are not available

Unfortunately its not practical for me to go there and get tested, cost of going there would be higher than test cost.

Plus if i wanted to do that i would have never booked with them just for the sake of my time preference.
