ULong story, short
I slept with a girl I met online, we were friends for a while then agreed for a mutual hook up
I booked the hotel, we both drunk, and it was consensual sex.
Then after few days, I started seeing someone else, I put on the story, and from that she started threatening me, said she will put me in false case
I never agreed for a relationship, only casual
what shall I do?

Yup she can definitely put a case on you.
Remove her from your life completely. Block her everywhere.
Better not to use your own social media account for extended periods of time.
Don’t take this lightly, if she files for rape case then you will end up doing rounds in court for 5+ years

UAs per Indian laws, having sex drunk = non consensual, hence, rape. Yeah so you gotta take this very seriously. Even if you weren’t drunk she could still file a fake case. With the current false-case situation going on everywhere, why would you hookup? Plus if you didn’t know already, Indian laws are extremely anti-men. Either avail paid services if you’re just unable to go without sex or just don’t. do. it.

USadly, it’ll be seen as the guy raping the girl. Can be manipulated in many ways like the guy got the two of them drinking so that he could take advantage of her

UIdk how much that will work as I’ve usually seen such situations get turned towards the guy somehow. They could, I think, say something like the girl was already under the influence when going to the hotel and wasn’t in a position to make clear decisions and the guy knew this would happen so used it to his advantage, etc etc. All in all, you’ll need a good lawyer to get you out of this.
Just know that the Indian law treats women as children (hate it) who are incapable of critical thinking and will take everything you say at face value.

UThat’s not very true. Lawyer here. While she can definitely lodge an FIR and there are chances of an arrest but the courts while seeing these cases see it on the basis of the facts of the case. It is very easy to make out a genuine case and a fake case by the circumstances. The stricter approach is when the girl is under the age of 18. And Indian Laws are not anti men, its just framed in way to protect woman because most of the times it’s the woman on the receiving end. So let’s not antagonise law basis internet knowledge.
