How would a LGBTQ rape or a victim be any different to a heteroexual rape or victim? They may not have a separate section or subsection but all rape laws would apply to them the same, right?

Well. Nope. Legally only a Man (p*nis, XY chromosome) can rape a woman (v*gina, XX chromosome). There is no other scenario recognised as rape by Indian Law.
